Frequently Asked Questions
General Information
How do I reach you?
Our address in Zagreb is street Kneza Mislava 2, at the ground floor. The doorbell (buzzer BuaBan) is at the beginning of the driveway, closer to the street side. Just press the buzzer and enter the green door. You reach us after a short flight of stairs.
How do I make a booking?
You can call us, text us, or send us an email. Check contact options here.
Can I pay with card?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro cards, as well as cash.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Please cancel at least 3 hours beforehand. We do not charge for cancellations, but we would appreciate being notified in time.
How often should I go for massage?
It depends on your lifestyle, specific needs, and physical shape. Regularity is more important than frequency. For example, you could choose to come once a week or once a month. If you’re new to massage, you might want to come several times in close succession to work on your muscles before opting for less frequent visits. If you’re in a particularly stressful period, you might opt to increase the frequency.
What is the ambience of the massage room like?
The massage room is candle-lit and tranquil, with gentle sounds of meditative music in the background. Each client is afforded a private room, while couples will typically share the room. In cold seasons, our rooms are kept warm; in summer, they are air-conditioned. We strive to maintain an optimal temperature, but you can let us know if you prefer a warmer or cooler room.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We offer gift vouchers in-store (nice card and envelope) or e-vouchers that we can send to your email along with the payment details.
Do you provide massage at client's home / hotel / work?
No, we provide massage services only at our salon.
Are therapist experienced in Thai massage?
Yes, all our therapists have years of experience in Thai massage and hold certificates from The Union of Thai Traditional Medicine Society.
Preparation for Massage
How should I prepare for my massage treatment?
No special preparation is needed, but avoid having a big meal a few hours before your massage.
Can I take a shower?
A shower is available both before and after your massage, as needed. Note that remnants of oils or balms on your skin are beneficial, so showering immediately after the massage isn’t necessary.
How am I dressed for traditional Thai massage?
We provide special clothing for traditional Thai massage, consisting of loose cotton pants and a t-shirt.
How am I dressed for oil massage?
For oil massage, you are in your underwear. You can wear your own or use our one-time-use disposable underwear (available in the massage room) to avoid getting oil on your clothes. You will be shown to the treatment room and left in private to undress. Your therapist will knock before entering. During the massage your body is covered with a towel except for the area being treated.
What do I need to take for massage?
We provide everything you need. You only need to bring yourself!
Types of Massage
What therapy do I choose?
You can consult with us upon arrival. If it is your first time, or you haven’t had a massage in a long time, it is recommended not to subject yourself to high-intensity massage. A 60-minute Thai oil massage is recommended, but the choice may depend on age, size, physical shape, flexibility, and specific needs.
Is massage painful?
It can be if you choose a strong massage (such as a ‘Deep Tissue’ massage) and depending on your physical condition. If you feel discomfort, our therapists will adjust the massage to suit your needs. Regular massages often help reduce discomfort as muscles respond positively to the treatment.
Can I ask for a very strong massage?
Yes, but there is a limit where increased pressure is not beneficial to either client or therapist and can even be harmful. Therapists are trained to keep the intensity within appropriate boundaries. Also, please note that strong pressure cannot be applied using only thumbs—other fingers, palms, forearms, and elbows are used when necessary.
What kind of massage oils are used?
We use almond and coconut oils as base oils. For aromatherapy, we mix in essential oils such as lemon-grass, geranium, lavender, sakura, and others.
Health Questions
If I am pregnant, is it safe to have a massage?
We offer prenatal massage. You can check details here by selecting ‘Prenatal Massage’ under Thai Oil Massage. If you are in your first trimester, it is NOT recommended to have a full-body massage. For those in the 2nd or 3rd trimester, please consult with your physician before scheduling a massage.
Are there any health precautions I need to consider?
If you have any serious health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, certain skin conditions, have undergone a recent surgical procedure, or if you are pregnant, you should consult your physician prior to massage therapy. It is also important to communicate any health issues to your therapist so that they can adapt the therapy to your needs.

Do you provide erotic massages?
No. It is forbidden both by local laws and by our internal policy. Our therapists are true experts in the Thai massage craft, and that is the field we excel in and take pride in. We will not tolerate sexual requests or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.
